Residential Cleaning
One-time or first-time deep clean $70 per hour
Routine Cleaning $30 - $40 per hour **must be 2 or more cleanings per month**
Move-out Cleaning $50 per hour
Construction Cleanup $80 per hour
Organizing and Decluttering Services
Pet Care Services
$15 per hour as an add-on with cleaning service
$25 per hour decluttering and organizing stand-alone service
Housesitting/Boarding $25/night ($15 for additional pet)
Dog Walking (30-min) $15/walk ($10 for additional pet)
** We are registered with Rover and which completes and extensive background check. **
Add-On Services
Laundry $10 per load
Appliances $25 per appliance (more pending the condition of the appliance)
Windows and Blinds $5 per window
Wall Cleaning $0.30 per square foot
